A couple of days ago, reports began surfacing around the Web that Google’s Mobile Maps product manager promised iPhone users that Google Maps Navigation would be available in the App Store in the future. However, Google has set the record straight and officially stated that it will not be bringing Google Maps Navigation to the iPhone. They are still planning on porting the app to other mobile platforms, but details about those expansions are still unclear.
