Reports are growing that Facebook will be adding a short video clip service to Instagram, similar to Vine. Earlier this month, Vine surpassed Instagram in Twitter shares and has also become the fastest growing top iOS app in America (measured by engagement). Vine is also popular in countries like New Zealand and Norway, but their global reach is very small when compared to Instagram’s appeal.
